StafferlinkFSM Version 6.0

Version 6.0 New Touch Friendly Features - We're excited to introduce version 6.0 as we're working towards supporting more mobile devices by taking a more touch friendly approach to our user interface.

Since a mouse doesn't come with mobile devices, we've had to turn our attention towards portions of the system that were too dependent on a mouse. We are also growing more conscious of the space we are given with tablets and such devices and have maximized the use of that space to bring you more data.

View Enhancements - View management has been incorporated into the menu space with new ways to manage your views.

Sorts and Filters - The way this version has changed how you interact with sorts and filters is quite possibly one of the greatest improvements of this release. Along with a more touch friendly interface, new features have been added to make filters much more convenient and powerful.

StafferlinkFSM Version 5.0

Version 4.0Cross Browser Compatibility - The long awaited support for additional browsers is here! So pay attention Apple/Mac users! StafferlinkFSM now works with Safari. StafferlinkFSM has also been tested with Google Chrome. Other browsers such as FireFox and Opera should also work fine. Due to the overwhelming amount of testing necessary, we unfortunately could not fully test every available browser.

A great deal of coding changes were necessary to bring about this compatibility. A fortunate side benefit of the new coding provides lighter footprints to the web pages which means improved performance. In many cases, we were able to reduce our page footprints by 75%. That is a significant reduction of downloaded code as each page is rendered to your browser.

New Rate Enhancements - New features have been added to the rate tables to allow for Charge and Callback shift differentials. For callback shifts, you can apply a multiplier and/or add a flat dollar amount to the base rate.

Billing Adjustments - To support our MSP clients who need more comprehensive solutions for billing, new timecard types now allow for non-hourly based billing entries. These entries are designed to handle items such as travel, mileage, and bonuses. Of course, those are only examples. The billing adjustment types are fully customizable so each provider may have their own list of types.

StafferlinkASM Version 5.0 Released

Version 5.0 Contract Enhancements - Quotes, Submissions and the Price Profit Calculator are now all online and working together to make contracts more powerful than ever. The newest enhancements include:

  • Add quotes for multiple candidates
  • Assign different rates to quotes
  • Assign different PPC modifiers and manipulate the margins
  • Submit and Reject quotes
  • Email registrants directly from the quote
  • Email clients directly from quotes and automatically attach a Profile Report
  • A module to view all quotes and submissions for registrants
Client Email - Email your clients documents from within the registry, free form merge documents, and even email documents to registrants.

Email Groups - As an addon feature to client emails, email groups allow you to group contacts together from multiple clients. When emailing clients, you can choose multiple email groups to quickly filter the recipients of the email.

Site Branding - ASM has always allowed branding, but it required a couple different images for the login and the header of the site and was maintained by StafferLink. The login page has been simplified, allowing it to use the same logo being used for the header. A new Branding tab has been added to Agency Setup allowing administrators to now upload a company logo for branding the site. Of course, we are still available if any assistance is needed.

Enhanced Registrant Profiles - The appearance of the profile report has been improved and the options dialog has been rearranged for easier selection.

Anticipated Needs - This feature has been enhanced to generate timecards only after a shift is scheduled and client confirmed. If an anticipated need never becomes a confirmed scheduled shift, it now stays in orders as a historical record and never goes any further.

StafferlinkASM Version 4.0 Released

Version 4.0 Client Portal - The long awaited client portal is here. This is a great new feature to extend your services to your clients. Now your clients can login to:

  • Place and Review Scheduling Orders
  • View or Retrieve Registrant Credentials
  • View Work History
  • View and Print Invoices

Client Credentialing - Client specific credentials have been added to StafferlinkASM. Credentials have now been divided into "Agency Required" and "Client Required" credentials. As you might have guessed, Agency Required are the credentials you decide are required by your normal hiring qualifications and practices. Client required are for credentials that are more specific to various clients and you can decide whether the status of a credential prevents you from scheduling a registrant. Feel free to call on us for more specific details about this great new feature,

Price Profit Calculator - A PPC has been added for contract assignments. There are simply too many features to the PPC to adequately describe them all here. Suffice it to say that it a great new addition to assist you with calculating your margin for long term assignments. More Enhancements and Fixes - This release also contains enhancements to scheduling searches, email notifications, and registrant queries just to name a few. As usual, a complete list of enhancements and fixes is available by clicking on the version number at the bottom of our pages.

StafferlinkASM Version 3.5 Released

Version 3.5Version 3.5 is here with some exciting new features.  Our development team has been hard at work implementing client suggestions and requests. Here's what you will find in this release.

User Dashboard - When you login from now on, you will be taken to the user dashboard. This page includes what we have called widgets which are summaries of different modules within the system. Each widget has links to get to the details of the summary within its applicable module. You can learn more about the dashboard in this month's feature spotlight.

Registrant Upload - Do you need a way to get your registrants to upload their credential documents? Well now they can. From the registrant login portal, registrants can now upload their documents on line. And with email notifications, they'll be kept informed of expiring documents so they will know when it's time to renew their credentials and upload new documents.

Email Notifications - With version 3.5, staying informed and keeping registrants informed is now easier then ever. The system now sends emails to ASM users and registrants triggered by various events. So whether you are at the office, at home, or out and about with your PDA, you can stay aware of what's happening with your agency. We have also added an email template so you can now email registrants from your view in the Registry module.

  • Online Exams (NurseTesting.com) StafferLinkASM is now fully integrated with NurseTesting.com. NurseTesting is the most recognized source for Nationally Validated Exams and represents a huge enhancement within this release.

  • Registrant Web Portal That's Right! Your registrants will now be able to log into your site and view their schedules, pay history, work history, credentials, and even view and update their own availability calendar. You have been asking and waiting, and we are pleased to announce: we have delivered!

StafferLink Enhances Support Options
04/04/2008 - In order to improve our overall communication and service with our clients, Stafferlink has implemented a new automated support system. In addition to being able to address support requests through the support links on our main site, a new feature has been added to each web-based product where a link is provided within the application to submit your support request or question. With each on-line request, you should receive an email notification with an incident tracking number for reference and follow up. Beyond the applications, we have also linked our helpdesk voice mail system to our support tracking system. If you cannot immediately reach a representative and leave a voicemail message on the helpdesk line, your voicemail is directly sent into our support system for more immediate attention and response.

Premier Computer Systems changes name to StafferLink, Inc. and officially announces a new product release!
10/01/2007 - The StafferLink name more closely resembled the nature of our business and defines what we do. We have also changed our website and branded all our existing and new products around the new name, making it easier to recognize our products and identify their purpose, usage, and target audiences.

Erlanger Medical Begins Releasing Orders
07/01/2007 - Erlanger Medical Center will begin releasing schedules via StafferLinkFSM™ beginning July 1, 2007. This is a major milestone in the implementation of the system. The next focal point will be implementing the time clock for agency personnel to clock in and out of their shifts at Erlanger.
